I like to say that sunrise is my favorite color. It is the inspiration for my logo. It is why I get up every morning, put on my walking shoes and get out there before the sun rises in hopes of greeting it as it reaches across the morning sky. It is a stunning combination of pinks and blues and yellows. It varies every day depending on the weather, the season, or the presence of clouds, but it is always breath taking.
Someone told me that I can’t have sunrise as my favorite color. I was told it is weird to make such a claim. You know what I think is weird? Not that sunrise could be my favorite color, but that sunrise isn’t everyone’s favorite color.
